GENERAL CONDITIONS FOR RESRVATIONS
1.- ACCEPTANCE.-Making any reservation implies acceptance of these general conditions. The person making the reservation must be of legal age and is responsible for the veracity of the information provided.
2.- RESERVATION.- The reservation can be made by phone, fax, e-mail or on-line at our web. The system requests a pre-payment of 40% of the toal price within the following 7 days per bank transfer to the following banck account:

The reservation is subject to acceptance of payment by the banking entity.
The reservation is complete when the user receives the reservation confirmation with its reservation number by email, fax or post.
The remaining of the price has to be paid the day of the arrival at the time of collecting the keys, by cash, banking cheque or credit card.
3.- TOTAL PRICE OF THE RENT.- The prince is for the total period contracted including the normal consumption for electicity and water. Gas in not included.
We offer rental service for bed sheets and towels. The bed sheets for the cost of 14 Euros per person. The towels for the cost of 7 Euros per two towels. The additional beds and cradles for the cost of 14 Euros per week.
For the houses and apartments that have air conditioning a total cost of 30 Euros to 100 Euros per week shall be charged.
4.- TOURIST TAX.- The amount for the reservation will be increased by a tourist tax for the first 7 nights, at 0.90 € per person older than 16 years of age.
5.- MODIFICATIONS OF RESERVATIONS.- We reserve the right to change the rented property for one of similar or better characteristics in the event of force majeure or causes out of the control of the agency. Should the client not agree, the agency shall cancel the contract and return the pre-payment received for the reservation.
6.- OCCUPANTS.- The client can only lodge the maximum number of people as defined in the apartment's characteristics as per the period rented. The client accepts to comply with the community rules, specially with resepct to the use of the swimingpool, barbecuing and pets access to the property.
7.- CLEANING.- The property shall be made available to the client duly cleaned. The client commits to leave the property reasonably clean, without rubbish or leftover food.
8.- EQUIPMENT.- The client commits to leave the property when checking-out in the same conditions in terms of furniture and equipment preservation as at the time of checking-in.
9- GUARANTEE.- The client is due to leave a cash deposit of the amount specified in the reservation as a guarantee at the time of checking-in . This deposit shall be fully returned upon checking-out, unless defects are found in the apartment, its furniture or equipment, or situations of extreme dirt or rubbish. The cost for re-establishing the condition of the property at time of checking-in shall be discounted from the deposit.
10.- CHECK-IN.- The check-in is to take place from 4pm to 8 pm on the day of arrival at the address of the agency that appears on reservation document.
11.- CHECK-OUT.- The check-out is to take place the last day of the client's stay before 10am. The client shall fix with the agency a time for the review and retun of the guarantee.
12.- CANCELLATION.- The following amounts shall be returned in case of cancellation:
- 5% when the cancellation is done up to 30 days in advance, with a minimum of 50 Euros.
- 50% when the cancellation is done within the previous 30 days.
- 100% when the cancellation is done within the previous 7 days.
13.- INFORMATION.- All information provided by the client is saved on a secured server and we guarantee that this information shall be accessed exclusively by reservation staff and only for purposes of the reservation and to communicate with the client with respect to future promotions and offers.
The agency is neither responsible for the misuse of the property by the client, including the swimming pool, nor for the robbery at the property.
